Rates & Policies

  • Check In Time: 4:00 p.m.
  • Check Out Time: 11:00 a.m.
  • Cancellations: Due to our intimate size, any cancellations affect us significantly.
    Consequently, we adhere to a strict, graduated cancellation policy. Cancellations more
    than 30 days out: there is a $20 cancellation fee per reservation per treehouse. 30 to 15 days: forfeit one half of each deposit plus $20 cancellation fee. Cancellations less than 14 days will result in forfeiture of your entire deposit.
  • No Shows: If you do not arrive for check in on the date of your reservation or do not call 48 hours prior to your arrival date to change the reservation, the entire amount of the reservation nights will be charged to your credit card.
  • Early Departures: NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES. Early departures are considered cancellations of reserved days and are subject to the appropriate nightly
    charge.
  • Pets allowed in Units 2 Yellow Pine,3 Poplar,5 Cherry and 6 Persimmon only. Pet fees: $65.00 for first dog. $25.00 for second dog. Max 2 dogs. 
  • All rooms and decks are NON SMOKING. ($350 minimum cleaning fee will be charged if
    you smoke in the room.)
  • Group Events: Must be scheduled with Management prior to the event. Group bookings (3 or more treehouses) are subject to a separate cancellation policy. No refunds of deposits for cancellations within 30 days of the check in date.
  • Quiet Hours:  11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
  • Remotes: Two in each room (TV & A/C) – your credit card will be charged $50 for each
    missing remote.
  • Use of Fire Pits: Because we are in a heavily wooded area and due to threat of wildfires,
    we ask that you limit your fires to 3 or 4 logs at one time. Please…campfires not
    bonfires! (Complimentary first bundle of wood per night, additional bundles $5 each.)
